Focus: Brand Communication | Content Execution | Global Campaign Support

Objective

Let Us Dream is a global nonprofit working to empower international students and underserved communities through education and leadership programs. When I joined, the organisation had a strong mission but lacked a dedicated visual and content system to communicate its message consistently across regions.

The objective was to build clear, cohesive brand communication materials that could support campaigns, workshops, and community outreach across multiple countries.

Challenge

  • No in-house designer or visual system

  • Inconsistent communication across regions

  • Need for scalable content usable by global teams

  • Limited brand guidelines for campaigns and workshops

Strategy

To support the organisation’s communication goals, I focused on:

  • Establishing a consistent visual identity across digital and print materials

  • Creating reusable content templates for newsletters, flyers, and workshops

  • Supporting campaigns with clear, accessible design aligned to the organisation’s mission

  • Coordinating with leadership teams to ensure visuals matched strategic priorities

Execution

  • Coordinated and supported a global team of 42 designers and content contributors

  • Designed newsletters, flyers, digital magazine layouts, and campaign assets

  • Developed workshop manuals focused on youth leadership and personal development

  • Delivered marketing and communication materials distributed across 16+ countries

  • Collaborated with senior stakeholders to align visuals with campaign and program objectives

  • Managed projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and consistency

Tools Used: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Google Docs
