Let Us Dream is a global nonprofit working to empower international students and underserved communities through education and leadership programs. When I joined, the organisation had a strong mission but lacked a dedicated visual and content system to communicate its message consistently across regions.
The objective was to build clear, cohesive brand communication materials that could support campaigns, workshops, and community outreach across multiple countries.

Creating reusable content templates for newsletters, flyers, and workshops

Coordinating with leadership teams to ensure visuals matched strategic priorities

Designed newsletters, flyers, digital magazine layouts, and campaign assets
Developed workshop manuals focused on youth leadership and personal development
Delivered marketing and communication materials distributed across 16+ countries
Collaborated with senior stakeholders to align visuals with campaign and program objectives
Managed projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timelines and consistency
