Objective

Outlook India aimed to strengthen its direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing efforts and improve audience engagement through data-informed marketing decisions, promotional activities, and event support.

My role was to support the marketing and research team with insights, planning, and execution across campaigns and customer touch points .

Key Responsibilities & Approach

To support marketing and business objectives, I contributed to:

  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to understand audience behaviour and positioning within the media landscape

  • Supporting the development of sales and promotional materials to improve D2C visibility and reach

  • Assisting with event planning and on-ground coordination to support brand engagement initiatives
